I have a rear tub from a 85 vert. I can not see holding on to it as the one in my vert is dead mint. This one needs some uphostery glue on on hinge and a good cleaning but it has no cracks and the carpet appears pretty good if it were cleaned.
On the right hinge you can see where the pleather is supposed to be glued to the lid has come loose. The lid on the left has come unglued from the base. Both of these issues could be repaired with glue.
