Nicely done, Mike. Your next assignment is to increase slightly the maximum size permitted for an avatar. The one that I use on the other auto boards is just a wee bit oversized for this site.

I bumped avatars from 90x90 to 100x100 and the size from 12kb to 15kb.

Strangely, however, my avatar still will not work. Despite it being only 4 kb and working on other sites with a limit of 100x100, I received the following message:

The avatar must be less than 100 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.

Weird. I'll try to figure out the problem this weekend.

And just so that no one gets excited, thinking that I have a cool avatar that needs to be seen by the masses, rest assured that is not the case. It is a simple shot of the Heatmiser.

What is your avatar's size?

Look at it in any browser, right click on it and do properties. It should tell you.

And this is the strange thing to my unsophisticated self. One one website, it is 108x115, while on another it was shrunk to 48 x 57. It is all very mysterious.
