Maybe hanksgt can help me out here.
I was in Phoenix this weekend for the "Copper on Dirt" at Manzanita Speedway.
Saturday night I had on a tee shirt, a wind shirt, a sweatshirt, a hoodie, and a fleece pull over. With all of this I have never been that cold in my life!!!!!!!!
After the races we went back to the car to go to the motel and the dashboard said 51'.
How can it be that cold at 51'. I was born and raised in South Dakota and I was NEVER that cold?

Re: Phoenix
First: My sis-in-law brought the cold & rain with her from Oregon!
When it gets humid/rainy it really feels cold. If its dry its not that bad. And when the sun goes down, watch out. Sorry its not a scientific answer. Just how it feels to me.
