So you mean the switch and not the handle?
The switch can be gotten at any parts store.
The handle is another issue.

correct the handle itself is not broke it just will not stay up or down and it will not go up at all. so the switch that it sets in can be bought at a parts store?

And good lord i was pricing the handles themselves and they are not cheap.

Yep. Handles were $10. Then GS sold out and the price went through the roof.
