I think so, because he e-mailed me and said he's gonna keep it and get the correct rims & stripes & put it all back together.

1st, that Motorsport Capri guy on eBay thought it was worth a fortune after the notification, now this guy ends his auction after finding out the rarity of his car. If I had the money this one was a good buy with all the new parts he had.

I think it was a deal too. The car looked nice and straight and all the pieces were there. I have far more $$ in my car than the $6k that guy wanted....and his is still much nicer.

I think in both cases good things happened to both cars. Contacting the sellers may be a good thing after all!

true to a point it just took me a few months to get it off him after he got wind of it's value i own the car now and it will take a small fortune to get it from me
