1990 Fuse Box Cover

Hi All - On my 1990, the under dash fuse box has an odd cover on it. It looks like a regular one but it is made from harder, translucent plastic. The attachment clips are about 2 inches long. One has broken off and I have glued it several times. It has a Ford logo on it, looks legit, but no part number.

I have looked for replacements but can only find the black molded ones with very short tabs. These will not work on mine.

Any thoughts??
