I looked at the picture of your engine bay. It looks like you replaced the AC line...the one that goes to the lower port on the evaporator....is that the "liquid line?"

Did you use Ford or aftermarket?

Yep, looks nice.

Do you use "The Works"? I used some on that (diluted a bit) on some EGR spacers. Pretty cool stuff. Let it sit for a week, all the rust was gone.

Then I pulled them out, hosed them down and they flash rusted :D

I will post the pictures of what I had to do to get mine mounted when I get home from work. The holes didn't quite line up so I couldn't use just the screws. Turned out well for how bad it started...

This is what I had to do to get mine to fit properly...The holes didn't line up so I had to open them up a bit and used these washers to trim it nice...

Mike, why don't you pick up a small bottle of model car paint (Testors) in flat black, and using a small model car paint brush, paint the screw heads flat black, as the OEMs were, so that they don't jump out at the viewer?

I was actually going to powdercoat them black like I did the washers but I thought they were supposed to be stainless looking...I didn't know...

I was over to see mine today :o (It didn't recognize me  ) anyhow.....
I looked, they are flat black. I have spyder web syndrone. Webs from the BBS spokes to the floor. I will be taking it out in September to go for its anniual oil change/filter check fluids & air in tires & a ride & drive, on its 33 mile loop 'round. Will put mileage at about 680 or so. Then it's into winter storage in its 360 degree total enclosure plastic web reinforced jacket with 3 dehumidifiers. Battery removed. This is a brand new garage, for which I am happy as unlike the old one, thereare no holes or cracks. I missed its annual show this year as I was ill.
