86 vert for sale

This is unusual...I spotted an 86 vert for sale a couple of miles from my house. In the last 20 years I have only seen 2 or 3 mclarens total (capris & mustangs) here in the RI area. Here are the basics on the car...

For Sale sign says $12,500 but no phone number listed on the car. Car looks to be in good shape. Paint and interior looks good...not much of a project car from what I saw, but I only did a quick walkaround because I was late for a meeting. Given the condition of the interior/exterior, I suspect the mileage might be legit, but I'd like to check out the engine compartment and underside of the car to confirm my suspicion. I drove by it at 6:30 AM, so I figured I wouldn't ring the guy's doorbell to get more info. I'll try to stop by this weekend to get a better look, a couple of pics, and the owner's info.
