Happy Thanksgiving.

I'm glad to say that no turkeys were harmed in my household.

Although we ate half a pig, 2 chickens and a side of beef!

It is against the law except if the wife is not a natural born US citizen.

We went out to eat. My wife had the turkey, my son had pasta and I (trying to lose a little weight) had a big big salad, a buttered roll and a Sierra Mist soda. We ordered a piece of hot blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream ON IT, and proceded to split it 3 ways !! All in all it was good. Later, alone on the 3rd floor I enjoyed a Leonino Cigar from Cuba, and a wine glass with white Chablis in it. It rained all day.

In my case it's my mom who is not from the US. We have had interesting meals for Thanksgiving over the years. Ribeyes & Lobster, Beef Wellington, goose, game hens... It's always nice to have something different.
