I think you got yourself a great deal for the price. It may need some work, but it appears someone has started the process and the car seems to be fairly complete. Welcome on board and enjoy your new ride!

Congrats on winning the car!!

I think the price for that is VERY fair. I paid $3500 or so for mine and then had to have it shipped so all in all I have about $4000 tied up into it and it is in real similar shape as yours. Its probably the most money I have ever spent on a mustang/capri but my main concern was getting one that was rust-free so I was willing to pay much more.

nice car, I paid $4k for mine and while the paint was nice the interior was trashed. I would keep the blue personally but I cant stand the orange wheels myself, grant it, I've never seen them on a car in person and they do seem to be a different color in person.
