Grille bars should be charcoal/black and where are the headlight & taillight covers ??
Otherwise, she looks fabulous! C'mon, is she not the car at Wayne Lincoln Mercury, in Wayne NJ ? I swear it is ! #107. Does she have Pwr. Door Locks ? I am pretty sure that car did.
Had she been an automatic car, I woulda bought her. I liked "being different" and having silver logos/stripes/decals, after having seen the Popsicle Orange graphics for 2 years, was unique & different.
But, she was a 5-speed and I can't drive a 5-speed, because due to a lifetimeof high blood pressure (inheirited) I have been "on" high blood pressure medicine since 13 or 14 years old. The only side effect of this over the years is loss of feeling, sort of a numbness, in the left foot's toes, and the most forward portion of the foot, say like 2 inches back (rearward) of the base of the toes (where they meet the body of the foot).
THEREFORE, I cannot "feel" the clutch, being that I have about 30% normal "feeling" in the frontal part of my left foot and near zero in the toes. From the arch back...towards the heel, I have 100% feeling.

Sadly, I have had to explain this (over the years) to over 200 car guys, smirking at the fact that I had bought a High Performance car, (God forgive me) with an Automatic Tranny (HORRORS).
Among such were a '66 GTO 'Vert Tri-Power, and a 67 Buick Gran Sport 455 and a 440 Six-Pack Dodge Coronet Super Bee and of course, my McLaren.
Maybe I should just printed up 3x5 file cards and handed them out explaining to all who questioned my sanity....

Regardless, your car is very very nice.
IS it the one I sat in here in NJ ?

If he posts the DSO code...maybe we would know?

My DSO was from Jacksonville Florida where the car came from two owner's ago. His DSO should show NJ I would think.

Honestly on this car, I really like the all black look. The silver stripes set it off enough to not warrant the charcoal grey trim.

She looks really sweet!

Yes, I also was faily confident that you were the 3rd. I'm going to go check my Registry and see what I can dig up. May surprise us both! Thanks for the VIN.

Nope, this is one I never had on the Registry. The one I thought it was, was actually dash Plaque 105. and I kept thinking it was 107. Identical duplicate car to yours.

Hey Sandy, when we last talked, you had mentioned that #110, my car, was also on this lot next to yours. It's an auto car....black and silver. You had mentioned that you wanted it, but when you came back, it was considered sold.

THAT'S IT ! THAT'S IT !

YES YES YES YES      # 110 BINGO

Yes, I want ed THAT car. It was an AUTOMATIC !! (and) it wasn't the BLACK that "got me" it was the only one I had ever seen, WITH the Silver decals/striping. I had seen many - both in person & in photos with the Popsicle Orange, BUT that was the only silver. I asked my salesLADY what other colors the decals came in and she looked it up and told me BLACK, but that had to be on a Silver car. (Years later I "found" a Smoke Charcoal Grey example WITH black decals ! (A 1-off the owner told me).

It was waaaay to late to order one, but had it not been, I woulda ordered my Smoke Charcoal - but with the Silver decals & wheels and all else as mine is (Pwr. Locks / Air Cond. and NO T-Top, nor Sun Roof.)

What state is that car in - now, and what's the mileage on it ?
Is it nice, or needy ?
and......yes, she told me that another salesman had taken a deposit on the black one and was awaiting a credit okay from his credit union. I didn't wanna lose out, so I bought the one I have, on the spot, for $15,500. When we came back for delivery, the Black one was GONE, so I assume the person got it who had the deposit on it.
