Okay, what 'door panels' are you talking about? Inside. outside? You have me confused.

It's the formed piece that attaches to the inner door panel 'connecting' the end of the dash to the door ...

Okay. Mine has the correct one with the door handle up under the front. If you don't tell someone how to get out of the car, they'll never figure it out for themselves!
