Seat option recaro or not

My car, when I got it, did not have the original seats in it. how do I know if it had Recaros? All I ever see in pictures are recaros. What other seats came in the 87 cars? mine in #161

Standard were "Sports Seats" which were the stock Mustang GT seats. The cars arrived at ascMcLaren with them in the standard cloth covering. ascMcLaren cut them off and recovered them in ascMcLaren unique sew style perforated leather. The Recaros were $1,675.00 extra cost and had seat heaters, Power lumbar and stereo speakers in the headrests. They were poorly made to a cost number and were a real headache to both Ford dealers, & the cars owners. They were discontinued beginning with car # 869 of the 1988s. The final 146 1988s could not have them. Are you sure that you are not confusing the Sport Seats with the Recaros? The Recaros accounted for an installation rate of just 8.2%, meaning that 91.8% had the Sport Seats ..........

the last owner put some pep boy spaecial racing seating in my car so I took them out and put stock GT seats in it with the small headrests. That would be correct then right?
