Thinking about selling mclaren for a sky.

I drove a redline sky today and now I must have one.
I have a 39,000 mile 1988 mclaren that is in good shape.
What could I sell it for?

WAIT !! In June 07 they will unleash the SKY-R with optional AWD and 300+ ponies 'n 20" wheels 'n rubber !!

They are beautiful cars, for young people.

Don't sell a 1988 ascMcLaren Mustang with 39,000 that THEY ONLY MADE 1,015 of. In 20 years that car well be more valueable and that SKY well not be driveable. That SKY is just fiberglass, the ascMcLaren is made OUT OF STEEL!!!!! I looked it up on Collector Car Traders Price Checker:

Low: $8,500.00
High: $26,995.00
Average (mean): $16,832.00
Median: $26,995.00

Your car is for sure at least worth $20,000 as of now. The cars are just going to go up in value

The bottem line is that its your car you do what you want to with it.
But if I were you I would not sell it.

Where you get those numbers? I used your posted checker 3 x and all I got was no such car in memory bank or something like that. No prices....

No, I was reading about it. The "R" version will be at or near 300 ponies and offer optional AWD. Any color out there, now + two exclusives of a Red Copper mica metallic and a Deep Violet mica metallic. But this was preliminary info.

Stop and think about it. Think about what 87ASC said. You have a very unique and great looking car. I love the black ones, and yours only has 39,000 miles!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH The black with tan interior is a great combo. Your car looks extremely well taken care of. If your a little bored with it, update some things on it. Do some mild performance mods, put some different wheels/tires on it. Update the brakes with new discs all the way around, freshen up the suspension. It doesn't take alot to get the car into the 300-325 hp range or easily more.

Mustangs are living legends, always will be. Guess what, no saturn will be.

If you do have to move on, why not drive a new mustang convertible and see what you think of that???!!! I know Ford could use the sale......

Oh, ya, I miss-read the original post. Keep the McLaren, for sure. I thought that you were ADDING a car, and the Sky R is gonna be one hot car. Don't sell the McLaren, whatever. Sorry I scanned it so fast.

I test drove a 2007 CSGT . Nice car but the new mustangs just feel too big.
