I'd be afraid of something "BIG BAD" wrong. 3-400 miles and 4-sale.
I'd want one hell of a good explanation and to try it before buying!

It looks very rough to me. I'm sure someone bought it thinking it was ready to ride and realized it needs way too much work.

It's had front end damage.

If buyer goes thru with deal i think that car was a great buy for 3900 even with it's faults it is 21 years old!
