Thanks

I only looked at the Cocco Colored Imperial, as I have been really sick. )THE FLU - DAY 4-- No better) and I am tired out & my eyes bother me.

The Imp denotes how REAL Luxury cars were made during my 20s & 30s. Note the padded leather wrap in matched seat leather, wrapping the interior door handles, with chrome edges.
You don't see this intricate craftsmenship today, in anything short of a Bentley, Rolls, Maybach or a Jaguar XJ Vsnden Plas. By the way, the wood in that there Imp is genuine "Claro" Walnut and came with a small tin of IMPERIAL WOOD POLISH tucked in a blue velvet pouch in the Glove Box. All 4 doors have built in Glove Boxes, lighters & ash trays.

Okay, the car's a CROWN and not a LeBARON. Okay, of course we "Imperialists" would prefer a LeBARON, but that said & done, and
accepting reality, personally speaking....the exterior color leaves alot to be desired. But, again that said, there is no getting over the car's super excellent condition, and a large array of options, including Auto Beam Changer, seldom seen on a LeBARON !!

The paint color would hurt it at a MOPAR auction full of Imperialists, but the fact that it's a CROWN probably would not hurt it. The "all guns out" options on her, and the excellent condition, would keep her value high, CROWN or not.....

Thanks.

Did you ever see pics of my 2 Imperials?
I had a super rare 1968 Crown Convertble, Bucket Seats, Pwr. VENT windows, 440 TNT Police Interceptor V8 (Optional) with Dual exhausts and ALL the toys, including the world's FIRST built in 8-Track Tape Player.

Also had a beautiful triple black 1972 LeBaron COUPE ! Yup. A COUPE !
Naturally>>>> EVERY OPTION !

I am pretty sure the 67 Mustang had an AM radio with 8-Track option. :?

This was Am Fm Stereo Multiplex with 8-Track Tape Player. 5 speakers, & Pwr. Antenna. She was a 1968, but they had it the major change year, prior, 1967.

Nice pics & nice cars ! The Imps have not yet come out to play. They come out in June. They are presently wearing their battery chargers to power up their Autronic Eye, dual power antenni, electronic vent windows, twilight sentenial lighting and vacuum door locks.
Owners are out looking to purchase 600 AMP batteries and 1,000 watt chargers. We will be out.......soon  Most are now listening to
sounds that go "tick tick tick" as power antenni crepe upwards at a snails pace.
