1985 ASC Capri Coupe

Here is the link to an '85 on Ebay.

Was this a stock ASC color in '85?
And the tape stripe kit, looks teal or light blue? was this available?

Seems to be missing the front air dam, sides and rear look to be intact.

Has a hood scoop I'm sure isn't stock. The interior looks a little dirty, but overall looks like a decent car with some work.

He swears it's a real one. Sadly, I do not have the 1985 VINs or I could tell. The paint color & stripes are NOT OEM.

Not AGAIN!

If you look at the engine bay I think the color is the correct midnight blue. We had a discussion on this and other clues point to it being a real asc.

(do you homework before bidding tho!)

The car has been raped inside and out and its just really sad to see it come up for auction the third time. Eventually somebody needs to gut it again and put it back correctly so its worth something again.

last time i saw this car it was in Flint MI. now its in FL and up on ebay AGAIN. my dads best friend almost got this car from a dealer auction. i told him to look for the tag. i dont remember what he said but he didnt buy it. he didnt think he could sell it on his lot.
