He'll need to part out the go fast parts and then he might get $3000 if it's a nice rolling chassis.

I agree...

Meanwhile there are thousands of '87-'93 mustang LX and GTs he could've cut up.

I don't have a problem if you want to update your wheels or stereo(no cutting), as these things are easily reversed, but this is ridiculous......
