i cant take it anymore. i have been holding this back for weeks and weeks and weeks. i didnt want to jinks myself but oh well here goes nothing.
im hoping that i will be buying my first house this month... here it is...
this is all i think about 24/7 for the last 4 months.
its a 4 bed 2 bath 1700ft. and its right next to the lake. im in love...

They also extended the first time home buyer credit. I hope you can get that!

Don't forget to buy good insurance! Very Important.
If you are storing McLaren parts in the basement / lower level,
check out the age of your hot water heater. When those let loose, they flood the area.
