McLaren Convertible Capri #067 of 257 made in 1985. Car was purchased to restore since there is absolutely "0" rust. Car starts and runs fine. Top has a few defects, but I have a brand new top still in the box. Top operates perfect as well as the motorized latching mechanism, New top is black to match the factory top. There are a few seals that will need to be replaced as well as the dew wipes on both doors. The interior is fair. There were some separations in the leather that the previous owner attempted to fix that are less than stellar. Dash is cracked like all the Mustang, Capri and Fox body vehicles did. The car is garage kept and hasn't been driven in snow or rain. Previous owner was a car collector that ran into some tax problems and the first owner was a weather woman in St Louis. I drive the car 5-7 times a month, as weather allows. I'm willing to drive or trailer deliver or meet for an additional fee. This car has many more miles of enjoyment. The defects that I have mentioned do not prevent the car from being driven, I just listed them in detail so someone who wanted to restore it to original would understand what they are starting with.
