Pretty much anything except for Mobile 1 and Quakerstate.
I always get the Castrol GTX.
I only say Mobile 1 because we all know Ford engines leak and synthetic oil makes 'em leak worse!

185,000 miles on Valvoline 20-50 every 2,500 miles with a Ford filter.

Pennzoil is an excellent oil and I like the high mileage stuff.
Thank You!

Thanks guys for getting back with me on the BEST oil to use. Their is some talk that the EPA will try and remove ZDDP (Zinc) from Motor oil. This could cause damage to the cams on pre-roller type engines. Many of you have recommended some great choices.
Thanks Again Chris

I've used Quakerstate in all my cars and trucks and never had any problems. A person needs to change oil when they should to keep it clean.
Thanks Again!

I use whatever the Lincoln-Ford dealer uses (??). But I change the oil 3 times a year. Remember the ultra low miles on all of them.....
1986 with 700 miles, 1990 with 7,000 on one & 1990 with 3,000 miles
and 1993 with10,001 miles.
