MCA National

Post by svo413 »

We took the newly purchased 88 to the Golden Gate MCA National show this weekend. I should say my wife did as she trailered, cleaned and showed the car while I showed my SVO. The car took a Gold Award in the unrestored class. It was also pulled aside for a photo op. for a future Mustang Monthly article. I will keep you posted as to when that might be (likely 6-12 months if selected). Now I need to study up on all the facts Sandy has provided. Better yet, I should forward Sandy's write up.

Congrats !!! I love the MCA shows. My yellow 01 won a 2nd in class at last year's Grand National in DC. My first judged show and first win. Gonna clean it up extra good for the next show - MCA National in Warick RI in July.

And now the bad news - I have a ASCMcLaren Capri - the forgotten, ignored bast**d stepchild of Ford and the MCA. No MCA shows for this one. I wish they would consider it. Too bad.
