Need help with potential purchase

Is anybody familiar with this car? I know this is, at least, the second time its listed on Ebay. I've emailed the owner twice to ask questions and have gotten no response. It didn't meet the reserve in the previous auction. Hmmm, could that be an indicator?

You should ask on 4eyed bet there is somebody close that could go look at it for you

Kinda ticks me off that I can't get a response from the seller.
