90 Ashtray Compartment

Hi all - just wondering about the ashtray compartment in my 90. I have seen other 90 Mustangs but they have a lid with no trim around it. It just sits flush with the console itself. Mime seems to be a complete assembly separate from the console. It appears to be attached to the console with some screws.

I have looked at all the usual places but do not see this style anywhere but from Henry. Just curious if this was an asc item only or from a different Ford model perhaps. Mine is in good shape but the color is off a little, so I will likely just paint it. But wouldn't mind having an original gray one if I can find it.
