I'm replacing my center console and would like to change my emergency brake boot also - it's pretty faded and beat up looking.
Henry says he has some of these for sale for $75 and that they were made specifically for ASC, however it seems awfully weird to me that they would just not use something on the market that was existing.
A boot typically has a lot of movement and excess material too, has anyone tried another boot or a repro boot to use on them? (a guy suggested "redline" could make one)
On a side note, completely separate question, for the AOD shifter, my brushes around the shift lever are gone, I assume this is a standard mustang/mercury part right?
